I am trying to control music from my fitbit versa lite to my android phone (Nokia 6.1 Plus). The music control is getting disconnected after 2 - 3 mins. I am not sure what the issue is. Can someone help me out with this.

@amsonu99 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the music control issue that you experienced with your Fitbit Versa, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email.

 

I'm sorry about the issue due to compatibility. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
