My Fitbit Versa 2 was 30 minutes ahead.
However, I soon realised the problem was that my phone was 30 minutes ahead. I fixed the time on the phone, and then synced my watch.
If your watch's time isn't accurate check that the device that it's synced to is using the correct time.
I hope this helps someone.

Fitbit devices will overtake the time and date, from the last device they were synced with.
That's why yours had the 30 min difference, due to your phone.
