My Fitbit Versa won’t switch on

I recently bought my Fitbit versa watch and I set it up with the app. Everything was working fine and I shut it off to restart it later but it won’t switch back on. The battery power on the app is saying is full but the watch won’t switch on. I have tried holding the power bottom for 10 sec still won’t switch on. 
I haven’t worn it yet. Please help me.

@NDjougan, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
