I've had my versa since christmas day 2018. It's just turned off and will not charge up. I have tried 2 chargers so I'm doubting it's both my chargers. Both the charging pins and charging connectors are clean and not bent etc. I had this problem with my charge 2 and upgraded as I couldn't do anything with it after 18 months of use. I wouldn't like to think the same thing has happened. Thanks for any help in advance

I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, try charging your watch again and see if it gets back to life.
