I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue. Regarding the notifications issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps described in this help page. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.
