My Fitbit account is not syncing to my Strava account-Versa

Hello,

My Fitbit Versa is not syncing to my Strava. It has been like this for a while now. I have disconnected/reconnnected, deleted/redownloaded/ rebooted and still nothing 😭 I have asked Fitbit multiple times to help but they have been really unhelpful saying it’s a Strava problem. Then Strava are saying it’s a Fitbit problem so I don’t know what to do!!! I’ve not had my Fitbit long and my previous one connected fine (had to buy a new one as I broke the screen).

Please can someone help troubleshoot? I’m getting sooo frustrated!

Thanks,

Jessica

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Jessssiica.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

Note the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:

  • Non-GPS activities
  • Previous activities that weren’t tracked by Strava.
  • Duplicate activities—that is, if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync.

Please make sure that you are recording your activities as explained in this article in the menu "How do I start and stop a workout on my Fitbit device?".

Whether none of this helps please provide me with the following information:

- What activities are you trying to track on Strava?

- Do you bring your phone with you during those activities?

- Do you wait for the GPS signal to connect before starting them?

- Can you see the map of the route traveled in your Fitbit account?

If you have any question, please let us know.
