I had to do a factory reset on my Fitbit and after setting it up through my app, all it wants to to is keep updating the software, even though it's done it 3xs. I just want to be able to use it.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Versa lite my after the software update it gives me agree check mark then goes back to fitibit reboot where it tells you in different language to start by downloading Fitbit app. I've restarted Fitbit, reinstalled app several timesz did the software update several times, and it's not activated. Today it's given me green check mark and red x
