Best AnswerHello,
I have sync my watch this morning and all days before in my fitbit app. I see the SpO2 percentage on my watch but it doesn't sync in the fitbit app. I wear my watch everyday. Tje problem is probably on the fitbit app and not on the watch itself.
Thanks
I found the issue, I changed the router at home last week and even with the same wifi id and password, I needed to configure the wifi settings in the fitbit app, now the SpO2 sync in the app
Best AnswerHaving the same problem. Synced fine up until about a week ago and nothing since. Showing on face fine, reinstalled spo2 face, shut everything down and still not logging it each morning when everything else is fine.
