  • In the last 4 days, my SpO2 didn't sync in the fitbit app. Is there any issue with this ?

Hi there, @Mitrac. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Have you already synced your Versa 3 to your Fitbit app? Please keep in mind the following to make sure you see your health metrics data:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
  • To track your blood oxygen saturation. For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

For more detailed information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?

Hope that helps.

Hello,

I have sync my watch this morning and all days before in my fitbit app. I see the SpO2 percentage on my watch but it doesn't sync in the fitbit app. I wear my watch everyday. Tje problem is probably on the fitbit app and not on the watch itself.

Thanks

I found the issue, I changed the router at home last week and even with the same wifi id and password, I needed to configure the wifi settings in the fitbit app, now the SpO2 sync in the app

Having the same problem. Synced fine up until about a week ago and nothing since. Showing on face fine, reinstalled spo2 face, shut everything down and still not logging it each morning when everything else is fine.
