I totally cannot ON my Fitbit. Anyone knows why . How can I use back my Fitbit

I would recommend following these troubleshooting steps to resolve battery issues.

 

If this doesn't help, please tell me if your Fitbit Versa 2 vibrates when it is plugged into the charging cable.
