My Versa 2 is completely dead

My screen is blank and the green sensors on the back are dead.   There appears to be some condensation inside.   I tried resetting it and all the troubleshooting steps and there is still no life.   We got the warranty when we purchased it but i'm not finding it.   How can I get this replaced?
