If you use an iPhone there is a known issue with it draining the battery Very quickly.
Make sure its charging, you can verify this by charging from a PC and listening for the connection noise.
Pressing the button should also wake it if its charged.
If it has failed, get it replaced where you bought it under warranty. They should give you a new one.
