My Versa 2 is dead

I charged my Versa 2 last night, and today it is suddenly dead. The screen is black, can’t reset it, no response when put on the charger. 
It’s only one month old, so I’m not happy.

If you use an iPhone there is a known issue with it draining the battery Very quickly.

 

Make sure its charging, you can verify this by charging from a PC and listening for the connection noise.

 

Pressing the button should also wake it if its charged.

 

If it has failed, get it replaced where you bought it under warranty. They should give you a new one.

This just started happening to me yesterday.  Was working fine until then.  Charged it yesterday morning and had to charge again before bed.  Woke up this morning and watch was down to 3%.
