Hi I had some issues with wrong activity minutes and heart rate which continued after restarting watch. So finally tried a factory reset. The watch will now not turn on. I’ve tried all suggestions I can find in forums. Have charged for several hours. Have held all 3 buttons for well over 3 minutes and still nothing. Any other suggestions please?

There is a known bug with the factory reset which under some instances kills the watch.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly and ask for a replacement, because of the fault with the reset. They may be able to help you.
