Watches set the time when syncing properly or sometimes during charging.
If a watch loses time there is probably a fault, though best to switch to a Fitbit clock face before going further.
For a fixed different time, exactly 30 minutes or 2 hours it might be a time zone issue.

If your watch loses time gradually throughout the day with a Fitbit clock face, it shouldn't, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
