I’m so frustrated I have 3 versa and none of them are working properly 1 not syncing, 1 not even switching on and last one frozen screen, can any of them be repaired as I think all of them are out of warranty, or do I just upgrade???

Try taking the best one [though the other faulty ones may be resolvable] and concentrate on solving its problem.

  • Shutdown the watch you want and remove its bluetooth entry for it and any of the others from the phone.
  • Logout of the Fitbit App and Restart the phone.
  • Make sure that any other bluetooth devices are at least 30 feet away.
  • Place the watch on the charger till it starts.
  • Log back into the Fitbit App, and then go to the home screen on the phone, a popup notification should appear, click on it and patiently follow the prompts.

I’ve tried all of that and still not syncing properly, just wondering if it’s worth upgrading or looking at alternative supplier.

You can also try removing the device from your account, clearing the cache and force stopping the App. or reinstalling for iOS.

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo all notification setup.

Then shutdown the watch and restart the phone again, restart the watch on the charger and in the Fitbit App do + Set up a Device.

Note. The original Versas are normally the most reliable currently, if you can fix it so much the better.
