My Versa 2 is not responding

My versa 2 is stuck on the icon when I try to sync it but it otherwise stays off. Has been like this since this morning

Hi. Haven’t received an email from customer support yet on addressing the issue. My Fitbit still does not work.

The same exact thing happened to me! I tried to sync it. I tried to hold the button down to power it off (doesn't work), I tried putting it on the charger. I tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it. NOTHING has worked. Right now I'm waiting for the battery to die and hope that does the trick. I can't even find how to contact customer service on here.  SUPER frustrating

I hope they do help you because they told me there’s nothing they can do. It’s a defective device that they refuse to help with. I will never be buying another as this is now the second one and it has also stopped working around the same time as the last one I had

This is happening to me too. Even the ock won't update-- it's about 90 minutes slow. It hasn't updated since yesterday at 12:30pm

This is exactly what happened to me about 15 minutes ago.  My Versa 2 quit responding.  I couldn't get it to move off of the music screen so I did press the power button down until it restarted.  Once it came back up I couldn't move off of the ....  OOPs .... just saw my Fitbit come back to.life.  Seems to be working.  Check yours now.
