My Versa 2 is not working properly

wondering how often everyone has had to replace there Fitbit??? I'm going on my 4th Fitbit and it seems I replaced it just a couple of years ago! Is this the normal. They are expensive  and I'm getting frustrated.

I think it depends on the model.  I didn't have any problems with my Charge models or the Inspire.  My Versa 2 has never worked properly.  I tried to get help, but support just made me more frustrated.
