Attempted to charge my fitbit and NOTHING!!! will not even turn on Please help. It was working fine last week and now nothing

It's probably dead. I've had 3 (one Aria and two Versa Lites) do this now. One was caused from swimming, the other two just random. They will have you troubleshoot, some moderator will probably get on here telling you to wipe all contact points with alcohol, then plug it in for 30 mins, other than that if it's less than a year old they will replace, if not you're SOL but they will give you a discount on a brand new one that will also only last a year and a half.

Unfortunately this happened last week to my versa 2, halfway through the latest firmware update. See https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/My-Versa-2-has-died/td-p/4908007.
It's a pity because when they are working they are great with a superb battery life compared to other smartwatches.
Update. Spoke to fitbit via livechat and they are sending me a replacement. Great customer service!
