My Versa 2 says data not cleared sync & try again

I restarted my versa 2 and now it has a big red X and says data not cleared sync & try again. I cannot get it to clear or sync. What did I do! Lol

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

Please follow the next steps:

 

1. Remove your watch from the list of Bluetooth devices paired to your phone.
3. Restart your watch and reboot your mobile device.
4. Attempt to set up again:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
