Versa 2, SP02 clock face installed and working. However, app (premium) stopped recording and showing data since a few days. Reset did not work. Any suggestions?

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.39.1 iOS or 3.39.2 Android). For instructions on how to verify your current version and update, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?" and follow the instructions.
In addition, please follow our recommendations to get SpO2 data in this article > in the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?".
