My Versa 2 stops syncing through the day

Ever since I was on an airplane my versa 2 has trouble syncing and I have to restart my phone a couple times a day to get it to sync again. Very frustrating please help

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

Whether this doesn't help, please set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Turn off powersaving options on your phone. The powersaving options stops your phone syncing to other devices using bluetooth.

I have already tried this. is there another known issue?

In this case, you can try erasing the data from your Fitbit Versa 2. Please be aware that you’ll need to reinstall any apps on your Fitbit device after this process, and if you couldn’t sync, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. For instructions, please visit this article.
