My Versa 2 watch face detached

The watch face detaching on Versa 2, and complete product failure (not long past warranty period) seems to be a repeating problem. This happened to me, despite careful use. It only seems fair a replacement product should be provided to what is likely a product defect. Instead, Fitbit only offers a small discount, asking you to pay a SECOND time.
