Versa touch screen won't respond

Hi. My versa does not always scroll down. It seems to have a mind of its own and only scrolls down when it wants to.

Any suggestions?

Hi there, @Padre4. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi. My touch screen does work. It's just the down swipe to read
notifications that does not work all the time.
