My Versa Lite is not working correctly

Received my Versa Lite for Christmas & it worked great for about 2 weeks. Now, half the apps don't work, it doesn't always read my heart rate, doesn't pick up my sleep score & doesn't record my exercise. The app has most of this information, but not the watch. I know others having issues & they are returning for Apple watches. So, way to go FitBit. 

This is my third one. No issues with previous products. And I tried a factory reset, which is now at 16% after an hour, so that's cool.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite is not working properly. Thank you for your feedback and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

 

Since the heart rate is necessary to get sleep score I would recommend following the instructions on this article to resolve issues with heart rate.  

 

Please let me know if you are having difficulties to register all your exercises or just a few of them?

 

You can try to set up your Versa Lite as a replacement watch by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1579901690926.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
