After doing the factory reset, my versa does not turn on.
I've tried several procedures and nothing has resolved.

@MarcosBFMB @andrine1998 If you cannot perform a factory reset, I am afraid there's not much you can do but reaching out to Customer Support. If you're in EU or AUS, you still should be covered within 2 year manufacturer warranty.
@willgetthin Versa does not use WIFI to connect to your phone. It uses Bluetooth for that. You cannot manually turn on WIFI on Versa. It does it automatically. No IP address shown is a normal state. Make sure you have set up WIFI properly in the fitbit mobile app and that you're not using 5 GHz WIFI. Versa can connect only to 2.4 GHz. Place Versa in the charging dock which should enable wifi connection. FYI, you need wifi connection only to:
@willgetthin Re update - I cannot sort it out as I do not work for fitbit. Please open a new thread for your specific problem or even better search the forum if someone with your phone model has already encountered it. If I understood correctly, your Versa did not die, it just does not sync. Thx

@MarcosBFMB Does it react when you place it in the charging dock? Have you tried performing a factory reset again using the back button:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.

Nothing makes it work.
When I do manage to connect it to my phone, it very quickly disconnects again.
When I look at settings on the versa it says no WiFi

@willgetthin Is your Versa on? Is the screen black? What's your phone model, OS and Versa's firmware version? Could you please describe the issues you're having? Thx

Sorry, but the procedure did not solve the problem.
The fitbit logo doesn't even appear.
It's a Versa 1.
I can't tell the firmware version, but it was updated in the latest version.

My Versa is less than a year old and will not charge. Started two weeks ago not holding a charge for even one day now it’s completely dead.

I chatted on line with helpline did everything he said to do and mine is still dead. He said he showed it had a full charge.when I leave it on the charger for an hour it will flicker and show 0 charge. I don’t know how he sees 100%.

My sons has died as well. Went through all the trouble shooting steps to no avail. Contacted customer support through chat and they stated it fell outside of the 365 warranty, but they could offer me 25% off a new one. I don't think so. Watch is a little over a year old. We purchased as a Christmas present and it doesn't work. Why would I spend more money for something that fails after such a short amount of time. He stopped wearing awhile ago. He put on charger and it never came back on and wont charge. Sorry Fitbit you have lost this family as customers, and we will caution others.
