My Versa stopped displaying my steps or move on to any other displays

Not just you......mine has crashed as well. I'm sitting here on hold with Customer Service. I'm getting all zeros with the exception of heart rate which isn't correct

Hello @Grayboomerang, you say that yours crashed, but no mention of what crashed. The Versa or Versa lite, we or in the Versa hardware board, or was it you Fitbit app on an unknown device that crashed?
@Bishaarac when you say that the Versa doesn't display steps, are you looking at your wrist or the dashboard on the phone/computer?

What happens when you swipe up? Have you chosen a watch face that displays steps?
