Just bought a fitbit versa and it is stuck on "setting up your versa, step 1 of 3. Connecting..." I need help. I have tried everything mentioned in every forum snd nothing is workibg. It keeps getting stuck at the same spot. I left it for 2 hours and still nothing. Help!

@Lesbugr Are you updating over bluetooth or wifi? Make sure both devices are extremely close to the router (almost on top of it)to ensure the best network connection. Also, restart the whole process. Reboot your phone, and reboot versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right button until fitbit logo flashes.

@Lesbugr Can you set the Versa up on other device first? Like other phone or computer?
