My Versa has died...

Hiya, my 3 month old versa was at 95% charge yesterday first thing. It tracked a walk yesterday morning without problem. Later in the afternoon I noticed the Fitbit symbol continually on the screen... after a while the screen went black. It has been on charge overnight but I have been unable to restart or reboot the Versa... its just as if it's died. 😪 Help appreciated...I think I've tried all help suggestions I've found so far..

This seems to be a common problem lately ... it makes me very curious as to why the devices are just all of a sudden dying on people. 

Anyway, the same thing happened to mine this past Sunday and I immediately contacted customer support. Well, 3.5 days later I was offered 25% off on the purchase of a new Versa. I hope yours is less than a year old! If it is contact customer support and they should replace it. I hope you have better luck than I did.

Thank you.... my Versa is only 3 months old,  so fingers crossed. I've contacted support,  but have had no reply yet. I love my Fitbit and really miss it.
