Hi, this is what I have tried to do..... I over the last few weeks, i have checked all background info on my phone, battery, notifications etc. All set up correctly.
Updated firmware. Updated software on phone.
Forced app to stop, turned bluetooth off and on, restarted watch, restarted phone.
Uninstalled app, uninstalled watch. Reinstalled. Repaired, set back to factory settings. Started again.
Non of this worked.

I have tried all the information you sent.

I'm having the exact same issues. It's annoying. I have a Samsung S7. I've done all of the same steps trying to fix it and I'm still having problems.

Just called the fitbit support line, very helpful, went through all the troubleshooting info..
Unfortunately my versa did not sync, but as it's in warranty I can get a replacement. 😀💜

I have an S7, also, that several of us have in common.

Not sure this will help it but I had the same no-sync problem with my two month old Versa (after the recent software upgrade).  I uninstalled the Fitbit app and then removed it from my phone's pairings in Bluetooth.  Then reinstalled the app, paired it, and it was fixed.  Good luck.
