For the last 3days , by just sitting down, laying down or driving my heart rate is between 99-130 between fat burning, cardio and even peek. Is this something I should be talking to my doctor about or do you think it's just being inaccurate? I tried finding the solution to this problem on these fourms but every one I see is between 50-60. Although the chart only has the resting heart rate and not what it is now. Is there a way to reset this? I'm attaching yesterdays and todays.

The Versa has notoriously had an inaccurate heart rate. Many of us have been posting about it since the Versa came out in April. A lot of people have returned their Versas as a result. Customer Support have said for months that "the engineers are working on it". Yeah.

Hi there,
I think before jumping to any conclusions, you should wear your Fitbit and measure your heartbeat by hand to see if what you are feeling and the Fitbit readings roughly match. If it does not (ie. Fitbit is reading your bpm at high levels), then most likely you got a defective unit. If it matches, then yeah, I'd consult a doctor. Resting bpm shouldn't be that high.

I'm on here for the same reason. I believe my fitbit to be reading BPM too high. Shootin' up to like 123 for no reason then compare it with my samsung health app and it's at 85 on there. Maybe defective?

One week later I had to return my fitbit versa because the screen went blank, wouldn't charge and couldn't get it to do a factory reset. I'm so upset because its going to take a few weeks to get it back and it messed up my whole tracking routine.

Now my heart rate monitor has been over 150 for over 24hours including when I sleep. I have it off at the moment because I am getting so aggravated with it and it is reading 80. What is going on? It worked great now nothing is accurate or working correctly. Very frustrating for such an expensive device. The food log and this...

The Versa 2 HR monitor is a joke. In my experience, the slightest movement causes it to be way off. When I am walking, it shows a HR in the 120's, when it is really 70. I am looking to either return it, or dig into a way to disable it, as it comes up with a crazy calorie burn due to its inaccuracy . From what I am reading here, only the Apple Watch is accurate during activity. It is irresponsible for Fitbit to do this.
It is very easy for you to check your own pulse at rest, at the wrist, or carotid artery on the side of your neck. I am sure if you Google it, there are hundreds of demos on this.
