My Versa lost workouts

Hi, I finished a workout then when I synced my versa to my iPhone it restarted the day, steps went back to 0 and I lost my workout. Is there any way to recover lost workouts.

Hi @Rlsward, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa restarted the day and the data went back to zero. I'm afraid that a workout can't be recovered.

 

However, a restart is a great workaround to avoid this issue from happening again. Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch's behavior and see if the issue doesn't happen again.

My workout count went back to 0 overnight. First time this happened. I know I can add it manually but not with all the data. Did this happen more than once?
