My Versa won’t sync and time is wrong.

Anyone else having problems with their Versa. Mine won’t sync. It hasn’t for about 5 days now and it’s starting to annoy me. 
Ive tried uninstalling app and then reinstalling, getting the Fitbit to restart. Leaving it to die then charge it back up. 
I’ve updated my app twice now. 
due to it not syncing the time is wrong too 
not sure what else I can do. So

any help would be great fully Received.
