My Versa won't sync

Every week or two another stupid error with my Versa. Today it won't sync, just looking,

 

Yes, I did a hard reboot to my IPhone, Yes I restarted Versa.

Frankly I'm so fed up with this useless watch I'm ready to toss it the garbage

I’m alao having the same problem. Not immediately after doing the update, just started today. Have rebooted, logged out etc and still no joy

Hi, i really understand that this is frustrating like hell. Did you update to the latest Firmware Version of Fitbit? If you have not yet, go to your Fitbit app and see whether the Versa is still there. If yes, delete it, restart your phone (BTW, do you have the latest Fitbit app?) and also reboot your Versa. If you do not have the latest Fitbit version, delete it from your phone , restart it and reinstall Fitbit app again. Open the app, put your Versa in the charger, connect it to your PC and make sure that in the settings of your Versa BT is on. Start the Fitbit app on your device, with BT enabled, and press "add device" and redo the entire procedure. Hope this helps, good luck and Happy Holidays.

Hi there

I have now tried this solution twice and both times it has only been temporary. I thought it was fixed but no, now once more after about 24 hours of good connection the app is constantly looking for the device. I’m so disappointed as it was working fine until the device update which I did on Friday.
