Overnight my Versa stops getting notifications

I’ve had my Versa for 3 days now. I downloaded a face I really like and it works fine during the day. Overnight my Versa stops getting notifications and I can’t clear the last few messages no matter how many times I hit Clear All or click on the individual message. I have tried both charged or not on the charger. It seems consistent with over night. In the morning I have to shut down the Versa and then it will work again. Steps seem to still sync just messages don’t come and the old ones won’t clear. Any suggestions?

Hi, to receive mesages during the night, go to the settings on your Versa, scroll down to notifications, click on it and enable notifications during the night.

This is not the issue. The issue is after my Fitbit sits overnight I do not get notifications until I turn my Fitbit off and back on it seems to work again.
I did check my settings and it already had allowed messages durning sleep
