The Versa I bought in Nov of 2018 was my first smart watch. The battery quit holding a charge less than 20 months later. I called the customer service and they sent me a “new” ( code for refurbished) one. This watch hadthe same issue, and lasted less than 2 months. I had to stop all the notification features, no messages, call notifications goals reached, sleep habits. Now when I called the customer service, I am out of warranty of the original watch,of course! I figure I can purchase an analog watch and a 10$ pedometer that will last a lot longer, give me the important information, and is considerably cheaper. Or, I can buy a different brand of smart watch... but I am done with the Fitbit brand! Never again! I think it’s a rip off... cheap products at an expensive price, always trying to up sell for workout programs, community communications, and habit training. They don’t put enough into the product to make the extras worthwhile
