I guess ... never use screwdriver to forcibly remove straps? 

Now part of the spring still stuck inside. It is pulled with force, and it ripped apart. Part of the rusted spring still stays there. 

 

Contacted support, they gave me an address to return to Singapore, with my own expense. Hell no I'm not paying for the shipping!
