Versa syncing issue with Oppo A91 phone

I have a new phone and the Versa will not sync to it. Any chance of adding this phone as a compatible device?

Even though your phone isn't listed as a compatible device with our products and services, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Thanks. I deleted the app, unpaired the phone and Versa. It took some time to sync but it has now. Thank you
