My experience with Versa 2

I received  a Fitbit versa 2 for a Christmas present , I loved the look of it with a lovely plum strap, but was disappointed with it to say the least with its performance,  it wouldn’t sync, or connect to Bluetooth on my phone or I pad, kept throwing up all sorts error messages on the app, also kept telling me to put in numbers on the watch, it worked one minute then not the next, it took ages to update twice. I spent all one day trying to sort it like turning on and off watch , turning on and off phone and I pad , deleting Fitbit app and putting phone back to factory settings etc.


I rang customer service twice to tell them it was faulty and another thing I was disappointed with hardly any u k banks support the app to pay.  One of the customer service guys I spoke to I found him very abrupt. 

 

I have sent it back now and awaiting a refund , but the thing that has really upset me is I had to pay return postage of £16 as I was told they would only pay postage if I wanted a replacement watch, but it put me off having another watch and I wanted a refund as the watch was faulty.   So lesson learnt it to not recommend Fitbit or buy again as very poor customer service as if the watch worked fine I would of  not returned it 😢😢
