One thing after another with the Versa 2. Blank screen, clock faces disappear, won’t charge, incorrect number of steps. This Versa is about 18 months old and I will never buy another!! I had an Inspire 2 for four years and never had a problem with it. I think I’ll dig it out and see if it is still usable because the Versa 2 is not!

HI @Kaylcline - it sounds like the Versa 2 may have a fault.
If you tried restarting it and that hasn't helped you can always try a factory reset but that isn't without risk and may not resolve anything or even make matters worse but remains an option. Wait at least 5 minutes for it to complete if it will, and set it up again if that step is working.

Thanks for the tips. I have restarted it and I did a factory reset. I’m going to try it again. I just don’t think it should be so much trouble. Thanks again for your input.
