Not recognising when I walk

For 2 weeks now my Versa 3 will not recognise when I am out walking. Yesterday I was on a 30 min walk with my dog so a slowish walk in comparison to a power walk and it showed I ran for 4 mins and that was it. So it’s not recording accurately at all.

@Suefromkent , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your message. 

Seems that the option to recognize your walks is off. 

Please go to the Exercise app on the Versa 3. Select Walk. 
Swipe up. Make sure that Walk detect (or similar ) is on.  To change the setting just tap on it.
