Absolute joke of a company, who continue produce faulty straps for their devices. I have had 3 Fitbit and all straps either tear or loosen themselves over a short period of time. Contacted Fitbit direct only to be offered 35% on a new product. What the hell? I have already bought one which is faulty, why would I pay even more money for another?
will not be buying anymore fitbits in the future and I recommend anyone reading this who is thinking about purchasing one to think again.
