My experience with Versa 3

Had an early version of charge for many, many years. Then sadly I had misplaced it so up graded to a Versa 3. Now less than a year and a half of owning and caring for the Versa 3, it just died one day. Sadly, there is nothing FITBIT can do about it. I am not interested in buying more of the product and creating more waste.

The same thing happened to mine. It suddenly stopped charging. I’ve done all the suggested trouble shooting. My 5th device Fitbit device and each stopped working after 1.5 to 2 years. Google will get no more of my money!! To the Apple Watch I go!!
