My fit bit is not syncing

I cannot get any clock faces at all the select.button does not light up xx

Hi @Catherine29,

 

Do you have any previously downloaded watch faces on your device?  If not, then you need to go to the "Clock Face Gallery" on the app by tapping the small picture of the Versa on the Dashboard in the app.  Make sure your Bluetooth is on.  Once you tap the small picture, you are in your "Device Settings".  From there, you should see a huge tile called "Clock Faces".  Tap the tile and search for any clock face.  Then select the Clock Face, and it will start downloading to your watch.
