Versa 2- sleep tracker disappeared

I was having multiple issues with versa  2.  Had to factory reset watch and uninstall  and reinstall  app from Android  phone. App and watch finally synced again but sleep setting completely  gone from versa 2.  This is why I got this...to track sleep for health reasons.  Any insight  on how to get it back on watch?

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

Please try performing a restart to your watch by following these steps. If this doesn't help, you can set up your Versa 2 as a replacement watch by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1578706172003.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
