My tiles are not available in the menu to open after having to reinstall the Fitbit application

The Versa 2 watch continues to disconnect from the Fitbit application!  I have struggled in the last year to keep it connected.  Each time I try to resume it, it becomes more difficult.  I have tried everything except uninstalling the Fitbit app.

I finally uninstalled the Fitbit application and reinstalled.  I have lost all of my history!!  But finally the watch has reconnected to the application.  Now I’m missing the Sleep, Stress, Mertic, and my heart rate tiles on my dashboard.

I have gone to the edit screen to add them back but the “open “ buttons are grayed out so that I can’t load them because to my dash board for the sleep tile and the metric tile.  I can’t find the heart and stress tile.  I want all of my tiles back!  I don’t understand why the watch is struggling to stay connected with the application in the first place?  I’m starting to think I should have went with an Apple Watch now

If your logged out and back in and your history is gone, that probably means you logged back in with a different email.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

When I reloaded the application, it would not allow me to use my current email address. I found it strange that I couldn’t reopen the application under my name and the email I had registered when setting up the application originally under gmoriarty1510@gmail.com. I had to use a fictional email to reestablish the Fitbit

If it wouldn't let you use current email, maybe you were trying to create an account, instead of just logging back into existing account.
