My versa 2 has stopped working.

I upgraded my fitbit last year from a versa to a versa 2 and was having no problems with it till about 4 weeks ago. 

First I had blue lines along the bottom of the screen, then it went all white and now is off. Can't log onto my phone to look or delete apps ect. And also can't factory reset. Do you have any other options for me to try.

Hi, @Davemat19! Unfortunately, other than making sure your tracker is fully charged, I'd say it's time to contact Fitbit Support about the warranty.
