Versa 2 and One devices on same iPhone

The One Fitbit info shows up on the Versa 2 Watch and cannot get the Versa  2 info when someone else is wearing the One. So all I can see is One info now. The One is green on my iPhone and now the Versa 2 is gray.

You would have to explain your situation more fully.  Did you used to wear the One, then got a Versa 2 and gave the One to someone else in your household who is now using the One?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Exactly.  Even though I go to the Versa 2 info I only get the One info on my iPhone. Then on the Versa 2 watch it is the One info only. Absolutely nothing for me stats using the Versa 2 even though it is fully charged and wearing it.

It sounds like you still have the One attached to your account.  If you gave it to somebody else, that person should have their own account with the One, and you should remove the One from your account.  You cannot have 2 trackers connected to the same account and expect them to be kept separate.

On your phone app from Today screen:

Profile Pic > One > trash can at top right.

 

Even if the One was not listed, go to bluetooth settings on your phone and disconnect the One if it is still shown connected.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
