My versa is not functioning at all!

hello, can you help me with my fitbit thanks. i'm coming from your assist portal, it isn't always turning on or charging anymore.

Hi @TheBlockGirl - I’m happy you found us here in the forum. Here are the first things to try with any issue. Please try them and let us know if it helped. 

  1. Which phone or iPhone do you have? Make sure it’s OS is up to date.
  2. If your Versa is showing that it needs an update, do that. 
  3. Restart your Versa. Sync it then from the Fitbit app, remove the versa.
  4. Wait a few minutes then put it back on your account.

Yeah.. my iPhone still doesn't work with it.. I dont understand!
