My versa is not syncing

My versa is not syncing the activity minutes I have. It's also not syncing to the challenges I am a part of. It shows it's syncing on my dashboard, but the steps are not transferring to the challenges. The challenges say it's syncing, but the number of steps has not changed since last night. I've logged off, turned off my Bluetooth, and rebooted my phone. None of those have helped! Any other thoughts?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your Versa isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? article and follow the instructions provided there.

Sometimes it takes a while for the Fitbit servers to update the challenges.  Rest assured that those steps are on record and will automatically be added to the challenge, once the servers catch up to it.

I’m showing this is a bug with the Versa after reading in to it and it seems it’s not being fixed 😞
