My versa screen is not working

Hi, my versa screen suddenly stop working. I tried the reset and did not work. I know is charging although is not shown in the screen, because of the app.

I also changed the clock in the app and didn't work.

Press and hold the back and bottom buttons for 10 seconds

until it vibrates or you see the Fitbit logo on the screen

then release the buttons.
